Patient Bridge is a patient engagement module that can be added to R4+ and enables you to send messages to patients by SMS, email, and letter. These messages can remind patients of their appointments and when their recall is due, or can be used as part of a marketing campaign. You can include a link in the message enabling the patient to complete specific forms that can be automatically uploaded to the patient's record in R4+.
There are two versions currently available, Patient Bridge Essentials and Patient Bridge Premium.
Patient Bridge Essentials — This version includes the ability to send appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, recall notifications, FTA notifications, marketing communications, Patient Satisfaction Surveys, and Friends & Family Test. You can send a link to patients for Medical Questionnaires, NHS PR forms (England, Wales, and Isle of Man), and customised consent forms. You can also send a link to patients for them to sign a Treatment Plan or NHS FP17 DC Equivalent (England, Wales, and Isle of Man).
Patient Bridge Premium — As well as the features that are included in Patient Bridge Essentials, this version includes the option for patients to book their own appointments online, directly from the practice website or by using a link that is sent to the patient. In addition, if a patient has previously completed a medical questionnaire in Patient Bridge, the form can be sent to them to check and amend it, rather than having to complete a new one every time.
