The Patient Satisfaction Survey is a system that sends out surveys to patients the day after their appointment. The surveys consist of four questions, including a standard Net Promoter Score (NPS) question and three questions. The NPS score measures patient loyalty and determines if they are likely to return to the practice.
The system includes:
Dashboard that gives a summary of satisfaction and NPS ratings, as well as access to survey results and comparison data.
Month-on-month ratings that enable practices to compare performance for the current month against the previous month.
Survey page that shows all patient satisfaction surveys in a given date range and allows for filtering and downloading of results.
