You can set up campaigns to use in the bulk messaging and recall messages, as well as create ad hoc marketing campaigns to promote specific treatments. You can also use the MySmile management area.
On the dashboard, use the tiles to navigate to various sections of the marketing management area. The tiles link as follows:
Campaigns — Redirects you to the campaign dashboard.
MySmile — Redirects you to the MySmile dashboard.
Mailing Groups — Redirects you to the mailing group management area.
Reporting Summary — Redirects you to the reporting area.
Template Management — Redirects you to the template management area.
Metrics Administration — Redirects you to the keyword channel management.
In the Manage Campaigns window, all of your marketing campaigns can be seen, and new campaigns can be created. To manage the current campaigns, use the actions to the right of each campaign.
To create a new campaign:
Click Add Campaign.
Enter a unique name and select the channels you want to use. For each channel, a template and mailing group must be selected.
Click Confirm to save.
