The Manage Mailing Groups window shows all the mailing groups that have been set up to be used in campaigns. You can view:
Name
Type
Campaigns
Filters
Members
Created
Updated
To create a new mailing group:
Click Mailing Group Options and then click Create Mailing Group.
In the Mailing Group Name field, enter a name for the mailing group
In the Campaign Type field, select the campaign type the group will be used in. There are different options available for the mailing groups depending on the type selected.
Under Bulk / Marketing, select to use , last appointment data, or neither.
Select the following:
Clinician
Patient Type
Patient Status
Age
Gender
Click Save Group.
