The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a crucial feedback tool that upholds the fundamental principle that patients using NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback about their experiences. The FFT dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all the data collected from patients and their families. The left side of the page features the filter area where you can apply various filters and view the results, such as by month or year. To download the data, click the Download button located in the upper-right corner.
The main content displays a breakdown of the data. The left pie chart represents the breakdown by category, depicting the percentage of patients who fall into each category, such as extremely likely, likely, and unlikely. Below the chart, the table displays the Friends and Family test scores for the previous month, the selected month, and the Year-to-Date total. A more detailed breakdown of the categories is also provided.
The right pie chart showcases the data collection method, which is calculated in the same way as the category breakdown. The method of data collection is further broken down into a more detailed view. The notional response rate indicates the percentage of surveys sent out based on the appointments booked.
