Hygiene vs Tx Report
The Hygiene vs Tx Report KPI widget in the Springboard window displays details of patients who have had an appointment in a specific month with the hygienist and not the dentist, or who have had an appointment in a specific month with the dentist and not the hygienist.
Depending on the Springboard settings that have been applied by the system administrator, the window displays details about all providers at the practice or just the logged-in provider. You can click the View Filters icon to the left of Hygiene vs. Tx Report to change the display to an individual user.
By default, when the Springboard window loads, it displays the details for the previous month, but clicking on the View Filters icon enables you to select a different month.
The selections that have been made remain until Springboard is closed or reloaded, at which point it resets to the default values. It is not possible to change the default values permanently. To display a list of patients who have had an appointment with the hygienist and not a dentist, click on Hygiene Only at the bottom of the page.
In this window, you can see the name of the patients, the date of their last hygiene appointment, which hygienist they saw, the date of their last dental appointment, which dentist they saw, and their contact details. If you click on a patient’s name, a window is displayed showing contact details.

Book Appt |
Closes the Springboard window and takes you to the appointment book for today so that you can book an appointment. |

If you click on this link, the Springboard window closes and you go to the patient’s record. |
To display a list of patients who have had an appointment with the dentist and not a hygienist, click Dentist Only at the bottom of the page or click Hygiene on the navigation bar at the top of the window.
In this window, you can see the name of the patients, the date of their last hygiene appointment, which hygienist they saw, the date of their last dental appointment, which dentist they saw, and their contact details. If you click on a patient’s name, a window is displayed showing their contact details.
