Understanding License Details

The License Details window displays the information recorded in the license file for your practice. This data determines the name and address that prints on billing statements, the number of users that can access the software, and which expansion modules are active. To access the License Details window, click Help > About PracticeWorks > Show License Details.

The License Details window includes the following information:

• Support ID

• Master ID

• Office name

• Slogan

• Address

• Phone

• Fax

• Number of users

• Expiration date

• Checks payable to

• Demo mode

• Express

• VTY

• Terminal Server

• LZW

• Home Mode Enabled

• PracticeToGo

• Running Home Mode

• Voice Activation Module

• Charting Module

• Clinical Imaging Module

• Third Party Integration Module

• Kiosk Check-In Module

• Fingerprint Scanner Module
