Configuring Documents for Printing

You can configure how you want documents to print by setting office-wide defaults or defaults for the computer you are using. You can also choose how you want to print specific forms used in your practice.

To configure documents for printing:

  1. Select All Programs > CS PracticeWorks > Configuration of CS PracticeWorks.

  2. From the Documents menu, and select the type of document or form you want to configure for printing. A message is displayed.

  3. Choose whether this configuration is for this computer only or for all computers on the system. Click OK. The Document Configuration window is displayed.

  4. Adjust the settings and click Test Print to evaluate the settings.

  5. If you want these options to display whenever you are printing the document being configured, select the option Display this screen when printing.

  6. When you have the settings as you want them, click OK.
