Using the OrthoTrac Scheduling Module > Scheduling Appointments from the Patient Chart
The Procedures button enables you to view the procedure codes linked to completed, changed, or cancelled appointments, and add or edit procedure codes linked to scheduled appointments.
To add and edit procedures for an appointment:
Click the appointment for which you want to view or add procedures. A hand pointing a finger is displayed to the left of the appointment.
Click Procedures. The Procedures window is displayed.
From the list on the left, select the procedure you want to add to the appointment and click the right arrow button. You can also double-click the procedures you want to add. The procedure, along with any associated charges, is displayed in the Selected Procedures box on the right.
Select an option.
To remove a procedure, select the procedure you want to remove from the Selected Procedures section and click the left arrow button.
You cannot add procedures to past appointments. When you are viewing procedures for past appointments, the right arrow button is not active.
Click OK to close the window and save the changes.
The Schedule Appointment, Cancel Appt, and Change Appt buttons enable you to make changes to the patient’s appointments. The Patient Info, Sibling Appts, and Tx Card Info buttons enable you to view additional patient information.
