Using the OrthoTrac Scheduling Module > Scheduling Appointments from the Patient Chart
The Change Comment button enables you to edit a comment that was made when the appointment was scheduled. You can also add a comment to a scheduled appointment that does not have a comment.
Appointment comments print on the Daily Schedule report when you select List Format.
To change the appointment comment:
Click the appointment for which you want to change the comment. A hand pointing a finger is displayed to the left of the appointment.
Click Change Comment. The comment field below the appointment is selected.
Type the new comment and press Enter.
