Using the OrthoTrac Scheduling Module > Scheduling Appointments from the Patient Chart
To delete an existing schedule message:
In View mode, click Msgs or press Alt+M on your computer keyboard.
OR
In Zoom mode, click Edit Messages or press M or Alt+E on your keyboard.
In the Schedule window, View mode, the Msgs button is displayed in green if there are existing messages for the selected date.
The Schedule Messages window is displayed.
Select a message from the list in the Schedule Messages window.
Click Remove. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to remove this message.
Click Yes.
Click Close.
