Adding Schedule Messages

The Schedule Messages feature enables you to add a message to the schedule for display at a specific time. You can also add a message that is displayed for the entire day.

To add a message to the schedule:

  1. In View mode, click Msgs or press Alt+M on your computer keyboard.

OR

In Zoom mode, click Edit Messages or press M or Alt+E on your computer keyboard.

The Schedule Messages window is displayed.

  1. Click Add.

  2. Select a time slot or All Day from the Time column on the left of the Schedule Messages window.

  3. Press Tab or click in the Message field and type the message. After you type the message, press Tab.

  4. Click Close to close the Schedule Messages window.

The message is displayed in the Schedule window in the specified time slot. Messages overlapping scheduled appointments are displayed in red.

To schedule an appointment in a time slot that contains a message, click on the appointment time on either side of the schedule (on the View Single Day window) or in the left column (on the Schedule Zoom Mode window). The message is hidden, and you can click an appointment area to schedule an appointment. To show the message, click on the appointment time again.
