Viewing Charting Information

Use the Charting Info button to view a patient’s next appointment information from the treatment card. If the patient has an active treatment plan, the treatment plan is displayed instead of the treatment card information.

• If you have not purchased the charting module, the Charting Information window is empty.

To view a patient’s appointment information from their treatment card:

1. From the patient chart, select Functions > Schedule Appointment. The Appointment summary view is displayed.

2. Click Charting Info. The patient appointment information is replaced by the patient’s treatment card or treatment plan appointment information. This window is view-only.

3. To return to the Appointment Summary window from the Appointment Information — Charting Information window, click the Scheduled button.
