Appointment Reports
The following reports are available under Recare/Appt on the Reports menu:

Recare:Lets you set up different recare notices for different groups of patients. See Sending Recare Notices to Patients for more information.

User-Defined Recare Notices:Enables you to generate user-defined recare notices.

Failed Appointments:Lists appointments missed by patients. Do not run this report for a future date.

Pending Appt List:Lists patients on the Pending Appointments List.

Confirmation List:Lists the confirmation status of patient appointments for a specified date.

Appointment List:Lists all appointments for a specified date range.

End of Day Call Backs:Lists any appointments tagged for a follow-up call at the end of the day. These appointments have the Call Back field marked in the Transactions Codes information screen or the Transaction window.

Short Call List:Lists scheduled patients who are willing to move their appointment if there is an opening earlier in the schedule and/or patients with pending appointment entries who are willing to schedule an appointment on short notice.

Labels/Postcards/Dir:Prints appointment and pending appointment postcards and labels. You can also print recare and confirmation phone directories.

Routing Slips By Date:Prints routing slips for a specific date for one or all providers.
