Running the Short Call List Report

The Short Call List report generates a list of patients willing to move the scheduled appointment time if an earlier appointment is available. Select a Short Call option in the Appointment Card or Short Call List window.

Sample Report

To generate the Short Call List report:

  1. Select Reports > Recare/Appt > Short Call List. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select an output option and click OK. The Short Call Report Setup window is displayed.

  3. Select an option:

  4. To include normal recare patients:To include normal recare patients:Select Hyg Recare.

  5. To include other recare patients:To include other recare patients:Select Other Recare.

  6. To include non-recare patients:To include non-recare patients:Select Non Recare.

  7. To include short recare pending appointment entries:To include short recare pending appointment entries:Select Pending Appointments.

  8. To include appointment short call pending entries:To include appointment short call pending entries:Select Appointments.

  9. To restrict the results to a specific appointment length:To restrict the results to a specific appointment length:Type the number in the Include Entries with Appointment Length field.

  10. To restrict the results to a provider:To restrict the results to a provider:Type the identification number in the Providers section.

  1. Click OK.
