Daily Reports: Morning

The following table lists the recommended morning reports that you should run each morning.

 

Name and Path

Confirmation List
 

Reports > Confirmation List

 Confirmation status of patient appointments for a specified date.

 List can be sent to the Contact Expert.

Short Call List

Reports > Recare/Appt > Short Call List

 Scheduled patients willing to move their existing appointment to an earlier opening.

 Patients in the Pending list willing to accept an appointment on short notice.

 List can be sent to the Contact Expert.

Failed Appointments

Reports > Failed Appointments

 Patients who missed their appointment yesterday.

 Places failed appointments on the Pending list.

  • Failed appointments remain on the Scheduler as part of Scheduler history and are displayed with a red border. These appointments cannot be edited.

 Tallies the number of failed appointments on the patient's Recare tab and records the details on the Failed Appointments Tracked window (Patient window > Other Management > Failed/Broken/Late Appointments).

 List can be sent to the Contact Expert.
