Scheduling Appointments > Appointment Reports
The Pending Appointment List report lists patients on the pending appointment list based on the selection criteria. It includes patient name, phone numbers, and the original appointment date. It also shows the reason the patient is on the list, and appointment information such as production codes, appointment length, the provider for the service, and the expected appointment fees.
To run the Pending Appointment List report:
Select Reports > Recare/Appt > Pending Appt List. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select an output and click OK. The Pending Appointment Report Setup window is displayed.
In the Dates section, click the drop-down arrows to select the Start and Stop dates from a calendar.
In the Provider Entries section, do the following:
Click the drop-down arrow to select the provider from a list, or leave 999 to report on all providers.
Type an appointment length, or leave 0 to report on appointments of any length.
In the Options section, click the options for the types of information you want to include on the report.
If you selected the Merge Letter Expert output option, the Letter Expert Template ID field is active. Click the drop-down arrow to select a template from the list.
Click OK.
