Audit Trail Reports

The following reports are found under Reports > Audit Trail > Scheduler Audit Trail:

• Scheduler Audit Trail by Date:Scheduler Audit Trail by Date:Generates a list of every appointment creation, modification, or deletion within a specified date range. The reported is sorted by date.

• Scheduler Audit Trail by User:Scheduler Audit Trail by User:Generates a list of every appointment creation, modification, or deletion within a specified date range. The reported is sorted by user.

• Scheduler Audit Trail by Patient Name:Scheduler Audit Trail by Patient Name:Generates a list of every appointment creation, modification, or deletion within a specified date range. The reported is sorted by patient name.
