Running the Failed Appointments Report

The Failed Appointments report generates a list of patients who have missed a scheduled appointment.

Sample Report

For each patient that has missed an appointment, the report includes:

To generate the Failed Appointments report:

  1. Select Reports > Failed Appointments, or select Reports > Recare/Appt > Failed Appointments. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select an output option and click OK. The Failed Appointment Report Setup window is displayed.

  3. Click the drop-down arrow to select a date from the calendar, or use the default date.

  4. Click OK.
