Practice Occupancy Report
In the Report - Practice Occupancy window, you can run a report to show the number of available hours, the number of booked hours, the number of booked appointments and the occupancy percentage based on the criteria selected.
Treatment providers to include in this report

All treatment providers — Include all treatment providers.

A single treatment provider — Select the treatment provider from the drop-down list.
Clinics to include in this report

All clinics — Include all clinics.

A single clinic — For multi-clinic systems, select the clinic from the drop-down list.
Appointment Flag

Include DNA appointments — Include DNA appointments.
Report dates (inclusive)

Start date: — Select the start date from the drop-down calendar.

End date: — Select the end date from the drop-down calendar.

Last Week — Automatically sets the Start date and End date to the previous week.

Last Month — Automatically sets the Start date and End date to the previous calendar month.

Last 6 Months — Automatically sets the Start date and End date to the previous 6 calendar months.

Last Year — Automatically sets the Start date and End date to the previous calendar year.
Run — Generates the report based on the selected criteria.
Close — Closes the Report - Practice Occupancy window.
