Case Mix Model Reports

If Case Mix is enabled on your system, this option is displayed and opens the Case Mix Model window. From here, you can run a variety of reports to view information about the grades that have been recorded for your patients.

Report Type — Three reports types can be selected, Overall Grading Breakdown, Criteria Specific Grading Breakdown, or Patients in a specific Grade (Summary).

Clinic — For multi-clinic sites, enables you to run the reports for each individual clinic or for all clinics.

Treatment Provider — Enables you to run the reports for each treatment provider or for all treatment providers.

Grade — Enables you to run the Patients in a specific Grade (Summary) report on a specific grade or all grades.

Start Date — Enables you to specify the start date for the report.

End Date— Enables you to specify the end date for the report.

Run Report — When the options have been selected, this generates the report.

Print Report — When the report has been generated, this exports the report to an Excel spreadsheet.
