Switching Staff Members

You can use the fingerprint scanner to switch users on a computer.

To switch users, place your finger on the scanner.

If your fingerprint is on file, the login automatically occurs, and the Switch Staff Member message is briefly displayed.
If your fingerprint is not recognized, the following window is displayed, and the user remains unchanged.
If the staff member who was initially logged on to the computer left windows open, a message is displayed, listing the programs that must be closed.

Click OK and close the open windows.
