With the release of version 14.0 of the OrthoTrac software, the fingerprint scanner is no longer supported.
You can remove a fingerprint permanently, if necessary.
When a patient is removed from the database, any fingerprints on file for the patient are deleted.
To remove a fingerprint:
On the Fingerprint Maintenance window, click Remove. The Remove Fingerprint message is displayed.
Click Yes. The Remove Fingerprint confirmation message is displayed.
Click OK twice.
