Removing a Fingerprint

• With the release of version 14.0 of the OrthoTrac software, the fingerprint scanner is no longer supported.

You can remove a fingerprint permanently, if necessary.

• When a patient is removed from the database, any fingerprints on file for the patient are deleted.

To remove a fingerprint:

1. On the Fingerprint Maintenance window, click Remove. The Remove Fingerprint message is displayed.

2. Click Yes. The Remove Fingerprint confirmation message is displayed.

3. Click OK twice.
