The Scheduler tracks dates and provides links to help you manage patient recare appointments. A recare due date is automatically set for six months from the patient's last recare appointment.
When you select and click a patient from the patient search results, a Book recare link is displayed, along with the current recare status:
When you attempt to schedule or reschedule a recare appointment before the due date, the software displays the message: "Appointment booked out of range. Please rebook on or after xx/xx/xxxx." Click the date link to jump to that date in the day view. This helps prevent denial of insurance claims.
