You can access Payment Manager from any location in Sensei Cloud from which a new payment can be posted:
Throughout the software, you can click a patient’s name to display a mini card with an overview of the patient and links to the functions you want to perform. On the mini card, click Snapshot and then click Take Payment.
Click the patient’s tile in the Checkout Queue.
Click Take Payment.
In the Patient Record, select Financials > Ledger. The Ledger for window is displayed.
Under Actions, select New Payment.
Click the Home tab of the location. The Accounts Receivable snapshot is displayed.
Select Financials > Accounts Receivable. The Accounts Receivable list is displayed.
Select the patient in the list and click Take Payment.
