Rescheduling Two Appointments

When you reschedule two appointments, you can transfer information from both existing appointments.

To reschedule two appointments:

  1. Cancel both appointments; then open the Schedule window in View or Zoom mode.

  2. To reschedule the first appointment, click Last. See Transferring Information from an Unkept Appointment for more information.

  3. To reschedule the second appointment, click Was. See Changing an Appointment for more information.

  4. Some conditions might cause the Last button to display an appointment other than the first appointment you want to reschedule; for example, if the patient previously canceled a future appointment.
