Using the OrthoTrac Scheduling Module > Viewing an Existing Appointment
Appointment Status
The section at the bottom-left of the Appointment Information window indicates the status of the selected appointment.
Keep the following in mind when using the Appointment Information window:

Scheduled Appointments:When viewing scheduled appointments, the Change button is enabled. If the appointment is in the past, the procedures are view-only, and the Confirm button is disabled. The Print Ticket button is enabled on all scheduled and completed appointments so you can print school and work excuses for past appointments.

Completed Appointments:When viewing completed appointments, the Confirm and Change buttons are disabled, and the procedures are view-only.

No-Show Appointments:When viewing no-show appointments, the Confirm and Change buttons are disabled, and the procedures are view-only. The Print Ticket button is also disabled.
