You can define monthly financial targets for a given location and for individual producers, track progress toward these goals, and consider them when scheduling appointments. Use the Production Goals overlay to display the information.
In the Production Goals window, goals are tracked by booked production in gray bars, and net production in green bars. The Scheduler pulls data from the procedures scheduled for each producer, and from the production amounts posted in the software.
To define production goals:
Select Settings > Production Goals. The Production Goals window is displayed.
Select the location for which you are setting goals.
Select the target year and month for which you are defining, editing, or viewing goals.
Enter a target net value dollar amount for the selected month.
Assign a target for each producer. If you enter an amount, the percentage of the target is calculated for you. If you enter a percentage, the target dollar amount for the provider is displayed.
Click OK.
To display production goal information on the Scheduler, click the Production Goals overlay. Square dots are displayed on the date field, and at the top of each column for which production goals are defined. Place your mouse over a square to display a flyout goal summary panel for that date or producer.
Each summary flyout displays amounts for booked production and goal remaining, for both the day and the month.
When you are working in the Schedule Planning tab, select the Production Goals overlay to display production goal squares over the calendar days. These squares have a green color-fill display to indicate how much production is booked toward the goals. Hold your mouse over the date to see a flyout with the specific numbers.
