Creating Personal Views

You can customize the Scheduler window to display any combination of scheduling resources in a combination that suits your needs. By creating personal views, you can access the information you need quickly without cluttering your screen with information you do not want to see.

Each personal view is user-specific, but one person can have multiple personal views. Give a view its own unique name, and you can save, close, and access it any time until you delete it.

To create a personal view:

  1. From any view, click and hold a column heading.

  2. Drag the cursor to the tabs area at the top until the outline of a new tab is displayed.

  3. Release the mouse. The tab is displayed with the name New View.

  4. Double-click the name until a rename field is enabled.

  5. Rename the tab, and then click off the tab.
