You can print several types of labels, postcards, and directory reports from the Recall/Appt menu.
The following options are available:
Appointment Remind Labels:Appointment Remind Labels:
This option generates appointment reminder labels for patients scheduled during a specified period. These labels include the patient's name and mailing address, and are formatted for a dot-matrix printer. You can define how many lines per label.
Tickler Files Labels:Tickler Files Labels:
This option generates labels for patients in the tickler file. These labels include the patient's name and mailing address, and are formatted for a dot-matrix printer. You can define how many labels to run and how many lines per label.
Appointment Reminder Postcards:Appointment Reminder Postcards:
This option generates appointment reminder postcards to remind your patients of the date and time of their next scheduled appointment.
Tickler File Postcards: Tickler File Postcards:
This option generates postcards for patients in the tickler file, prompting them to schedule their missed, canceled, or treatment plan appointment.
Recall All Phone Dir:Recall All Phone Dir:
This option generates a phone directory for all patients due for recall, including or excluding patients by their user codes. The directory lists the patient's name, telephone numbers, last exam date, and the number of recall notices sent.
Confirm Phone Dir: Confirm Phone Dir:
This option generates a phone directory of patients that need their appointment confirmed. The directory lists the patient's name, telephone numbers, the next appointment date, and user codes.
