When you print labels and select the Laser Label File option, the labels are sent to a file where they are stored until you are ready to print them. This is useful when you are creating a few labels at a time and you want to wait until you have a complete sheet (30 labels) before you print them.
This example uses Alphabetical Patient labels. The steps used to print laser labels are the same, regardless of the type of labels you are printing.
To print laser labels:
Select Reports > Patient > Labels > Alphabetical. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select Laser Label File and click OK. The Patient Label Setup window is displayed.
Select the criteria for the labels, and click OK.
