Scheduling Appointments
Appointment Reports
The following reports are available under Recall/Appt on the Report menu:

Daily Op Schedule:Lists all patients due in the office, their scheduled providers, and notes/alerts for all operatories. If specified, tooth and surface/quadrant information also is displayed. Operatory notes print on a separate page. Three formats are available.

Laser Daily Op Schedule:Designed for laser printers. Four operatories print on a page. An envelope symbol means there is a note on the notes page. A flag symbol means there is a medical alert on the notes page. A bell symbol means there is both a note and a medical alert. A telephone symbol means the appointment is confirmed. The patient’s name is italicized and bold if it is a new patient.

Daily Op Schedule:Suitable for any printer. Three operatories print on a page. An "N" followed by a number means there is a note with that number on the notes page. An "A" followed by a number means there is a medical alert with that number on the notes page. An asterisk (*) following the patient’s name means the appointment is confirmed. An asterisk before the patient’s name means it is a new patient.

Six Room Operatory Schedule:Similar to the Daily Op Schedule, except the columns are compressed so six operatories fit on a page. The patient name is displayed in all capital letters if the appointment is confirmed. An asterisk before the patient’s name means it is a new patient.

Recalls:Lets you set up different recall notices for different groups of patients. See Recalling Patients for more information.

User-Defined Recalls:Enables you to generate user-defined recall notices.

Missed Appointments:Lists and removes missed appointments from the scheduler. Do not run this report for a future date.

Tickler File:Lists patients in the Tickler file.

Confirmation List:Lists the confirmation status of patient appointments for a specified date.

Appointment List:Lists all appointments for a specified date range.

End of Day Call Backs:Lists any appointments tagged for a follow-up call at the end of the day. These appointments have the Call Back field marked in the Transactions Codes information screen or the Transaction window.

Short Call List:Lists scheduled patients who are willing to move their appointment if there is an opening earlier in the schedule and/or patients with Tickler entries who are willing to schedule an appointment on short notice.

Labels/Postcards/Dir:Prints appointment and Tickler postcards and labels. You can also print recall and confirmation phone directories.

Routing Slips By Date:Prints routing slips for a specific date for one or all providers.
