Scheduling Appointments > Appointment Reports
The Missed Appointments report generates a list of patients who have missed a scheduled appointment.
For each patient that has missed an appointment, the report includes:
Name
Identification number
Phone numbers
Appointment date
Appointment time
Provider identification number
Operatory
Reason for each missed appointment
After you run this report, the missed appointments are no longer displayed in the Daily Appointments window.
If the Save slot notes and blocked slots to history option is selected in the Scheduler Settings window, slot notes and blocked slots are not deleted from the database when you run the Missed Appointments report and will display in the History Appointments window. See Setting Scheduler Defaults for more information.
To generate the Missed Appointments report:
Select Reports > Missed Appointments or select Reports > Recall/Appt > Missed Appointments. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select an output option and click OK. The Missed Appointment Report Setup window is displayed.
Select the date before which to include all missed appointments from the List All Missed Appointments On Or Before drop-down list.
Select an option:
Click OK.
