Exercise 1:  You want to send a recall message to patients who need hygiene appointments.

To manually send recall messages:

  1. Open Patient Bridge. 

  2. Select Communications > Recalls.

  3. Click Manual Recalls.

  4. Select Hygiene recalls.

  5. Select SMS from the How would you like to send this? drop-down list.

  6. Select Yes for Exclude Previously Contacted.

  7. Select the date range to recall patients.

Exercise 2:  You want to notify your patients that the office will be closed.

To inform patients that the practice will be closed:

  1. In Patient Bridge, select Practice Closure to display a list of all patients. 

  2. Click Send Options

  3. Select a template from the drop-down list and click Send.
