To manually send recall messages:
Open Patient Bridge.
Select Communications > Recalls.
Click Manual Recalls.
Select Hygiene recalls.
Select SMS from the How would you like to send this? drop-down list.
Select Yes for Exclude Previously Contacted.
Select the date range to recall patients.
To inform patients that the practice will be closed:
In Patient Bridge, select Practice Closure to display a list of all patients.
Click Send Options.
Select a template from the drop-down list and click Send.
