Sending Recalls

To manually send recall messages:

  1. Open Patient Bridge.

  1. Select Communications > Recalls.

  2. Click Manual Recalls.

  3. Select Dental or Hygiene recalls.

  4. Select the method of communication from the How would you like to send this? drop-down list.

  5. Select Yes or No for Exclude Previously Contacted.

  6. Select the date range to recall patients.

  7. The From date is a date in the past, and the To date is usually a date in the future, typically one month ahead of today's date.

  8. Click Find Patients to display a list of patients who are due to be recalled during the period specified.

  9. Click Send Recalls to prepare the messages for sending.

  10. Click Send.
