Turning Off Statement Printing for Collections Accounts

To turn off statement printing for an individual:

  1. From the Clipboard, click A/R Setup. The Account Information window is displayed.

  2. Deselect Use default.

  3. Deselect Print mail statements.

  4. Click OK.
