Getting Started > Accessing Pick Lists
The Referral Sources window is similar to the other pick list windows in PracticeWorks. You can access the pick list by selecting Lists > Referral Sources, and it also is displayed when you select sources in the other referral-related windows.
When this window is accessed from the Lists menu, only the Other Referral Sources list is displayed.
When this window is accessed from the Change button on the Referral Information window, the Patient List option is enabled.
Use the Edit or Add New button on the Referral Sources window to display and edit the Referral Source Properties window.
Use this window to enter the contact information for referral sources.
When an e-mail address is entered, you can click the Send E-Mail button to display a new message with the source’s address populating the To: field.
