Attachment List

Use the Attachments window to attach, find, access, and manage non-imaging files associated with a patient's record, such as correspondence and medical history documents, insurance forms, consents, and so forth.

This window has filters that enable you to sort by date range, description, file type, category, class, reviewer, and review status.

To access the Attachment List that contains all the non-imaging files attached to patient records, select Lists > Patient Attachments.

To use the Attachments List:

  1. Select Lists > Patient Attachments. The Attachments List window is displayed.

  2. To find a particular attachment, use the filters to sort through the list.

  3. To add an attachment, click Add. The Select a patient to add this attachment for window is displayed. Select a patient and continue adding the attachment.

  4. To edit an attachment, select it in the list and click Edit. The Attachment Definition window is displayed.

  5. To remove an attachment, select it in the list and click Remove. You are prompted to verify the deletion.

  6. When you are finished with the Attachment List, click Close.
