Using the Welcome Screen

If your office uses the welcome screen feature, the welcome screen is the initial window a patient sees on the lobby computer. The welcome screen can contain any message or instructions you want patients to see, as well as your office logo. See Welcome Scrn for information on setting up the welcome screen feature.

After reading your message or instructions, the patient clicks anywhere on the message area to view the patient check-in display.
