Changing or Adding Patient Comments

In addition to changing or adding comments in the Change Patient’s Location window, you can change a comment or add a new comment using the Change Patient Comments window.

To change or add a comment using the Change Patient Comments window:

  1. In either of the staff-view patient flow windows, right-click on a patient name in the list and select Change Comments. The Change Patient Comments window is displayed.

  2. Do one of the following:

  3. Select the text you want to edit, type your change, and click OK.

  4. Select the entire message and press Delete. Click OK.

  5. Type the new comment and click OK.
