Removing a Treatment Plan Template

After you have created a treatment plan template, you cannot delete it; however, you can remove a treatment plan template from the Treatment Plan Maintenance window. (You can restore the template, if necessary.)

To remove a treatment plan template:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Treatment Plan Maintenance from the menu bar.
In the Treatment Plan Maintenance window, select the treatment plan template you want to remove and click Remove Plan. Click Remove. The software displays a prompt, asking if you are sure you want to remove the treatment plan template.
Select Yes.
