Copying a Treatment Plan Template

You typically create templates that share many of the same steps, with perhaps only a few additional steps. Instead of re-creating large portions of each template, you can copy an existing treatment plan template, rename it, and then modify the new template, adding or removing steps as necessary.

To copy a treatment plan template:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Treatment Plan Maintenance from the menu bar.
In the Treatment Plan Maintenance window, click Add New Plan. The Add Treatment Plan window is displayed.
Select Copy an Existing Template and click OK. The Copy Treatment Plan window is displayed.
Select the treatment plan you want to copy and click Copy. The Treatment Plan Title window is displayed.
Type the name for the new treatment plan and click OK. The Treatment Plan Maintenance window is displayed with the treatment plan you copied and renamed.
