Printing Multiple Treatment Plan Templates

You can print all of your treatment plan templates at one time, or you can select a specific group of templates to print.

To print multiple treatment plan templates:

1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Treatment Plan Maintenance.  The Treatment Plan Maintenance window is displayed.

2. Select File > Print All Templates. The Select Item From List window is displayed.

3. Click OK to print all treatment plan templates in the list, or click the options of the templates you do not want to print to deselect them.

TIP:If you have a large list of templates and only want to print a few, instead of clicking on each template that you do not want to print, click Unselect All and then click the options for the templates you do want to print.

4. Click OK. The Treatment Plan Print Options window is displayed.

5. Select from the available options.

   • Select Print Report, enter the number of copies to print, and use the drop-down list to select a printer, if necessary.

   • Select Preview Report to view an on-screen version of the report.

   • Select Export Contents to export .csv files. The software prompts you to select a file location in which to export the files.

6. Click OK.
