Using the Patient Chart

The patient chart contains demographic information about a patient and enables you to access many of the same modules and functions found on the main menu, the main difference being that the modules and functions (Scheduling, Financials, Claim Processing, and so on) available on the patient chart apply to a specific patient. In addition, several modules and functions (Patient Information, Snapshot, Patient Tracking, and Charting) are only available from the patient chart.

Treatment entries that are added to the Tx Card Tab can only be edited on the day they are entered, until 11:59 p.m. After that time, they become a permanent part of the treatment record and cannot be changed or deleted. This policy is required to maintain accurate records and comply with legal standards.
