Performing Auxiliary Functions
The timeclock module is an additional module of OrthoTrac. In addition to the initial setup of the timeclock module, the timeclock administrator performs occasional maintenance, including adjusting time cards, running a payroll report, and maintaining staff payroll parameters.
Access to functions that can alter the time card of a staff member should be limited to employees responsible for payroll. Set the security permissions for these functions using the Security window.
To access the timeclock module from the main menu:
Click the Timeclock button or select Functions > Timeclock from the menu bar. The Timeclock window is displayed.
