Clicking the Time Card button or double-clicking a staff member name opens the Time Card window, which enables a staff member to view the number of hours they have worked for the current week or in the past, and also print a copy of the time card. The timeclock administrator can view timeclock errors and adjust timeclock errors from the Timeclock window.
To view the time card for an individual staff member:
Select the name of the staff member in the Timeclock window and click Time Card. The Time Card window is displayed.
The time card for the current week displays Monday through Friday by default. To view Sunday or Saturday, use the scroll bar at the top and move it left or right, or click the left or right arrow. The card displays the name of the staff member, current status, total hours worked for the current week, and the number of overtime hours.
Set the number of hours for staff members in the Staff Maintenance window for each staff member. See Adding Staff Members.
Each day displays the time the staff member clocked in and clocked out, plus the letter of the selected status.
Below the list of clock-in and clock-out times is the total number of hours worked for that day.
