The Change Staff button enables you to access the Staff Maintenance window to adjust the Normal Hours per Day and Normal Hours per Week options for a specific staff member or quickly access staff demographic information.
To adjust the Normal Hours per Day and Normal Hours per Week options for a specific staff member:
Click Change Staff in the Timeclock window. The Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
Click in the Normal Hours per Day and Normal Hours per Week fields to adjust hours for the staff member, if necessary.
Click OK to save your changes, or click Cancel to close the window without saving.
