Elastics

The Elastics section at the lower-right of the Tooth Chart tab is primarily used for existing patients whose elastics were entered before the new feature was available, or if you elect not to use the new elastics feature. If you are using the elastics feature, the elastic type and location are automatically entered in the upper Elastics section, and it is not necessary to use the lower section.

There is a line for elastics worn during the day (yellow) and a line for night elastics wear (gray). Three elastic positions are available: LT-left, AN-anterior, and RT-right.

You can enter up to three characters in each column. To enter data, click in the box and press Tab to move through the available fields.
