Setting Up Recalls

You can set up the following systems:

• Normal Recall:Use the Normal Recall system to recall patients for routine exams.

• User-Defined:Use the User-Defined Recall system to recall patients for exams that are not routine to your practice.

• Motivated Recall:Use the Motivated Recall system to send different notices to patients based on the recall notice number.
