Register reports summarize receivables and production information. There are six types of register reports:
Daily, Monthly, Yearly, and PeriodDaily, Monthly, Yearly, and Period
The Daily, Monthly, Yearly, and Period Register reports summarize receivables information for a specific period and include the number of patients seen and how many of those patients were new. These reports also give the total production amount for the period; a breakdown of charges, adjustments, and collections; average production per patient; and average production per hour for the time period.
The Cumulative Register summarizes production information by provider for a specific date and includes the number of patients seen, theoretical, and actual time spent with patients. It also gives the total production amount for the period, a breakdown of average production, and average production per hour for the time period.
The Register Summary report summarizes receivables information for a specific period and includes the number of patients seen and referred out. It also gives the total production amount for the period; a breakdown of charges, adjustments, and collections; average production per patient; and average production per hour for the time period.
